In my latest post for TalentZoo.com, How to turn your marketing up to ’11 (and good news for the rest of us), I put together a list of trends that I wish all marketers would adopt in 2011—but know they won’t. Why won’t they? Because change is hard. It takes time.  And change is perceived to be risky (the key word here is “perceived”).

But this is good news for those willing to take advantage of the sloth-like pace of the marketing masses. 2011 could be the year to crank up your web engagement and leave your digitally-conservative competitors in the dust.
